Why cart rubble away and buy filling material back?

Where the demolition material is suitable and the project specification allows reuse, ENI can process it on site and help remove several costs from the normal demolition cycle.

Reduce loading and haulage to a disposal facility
Reduce dumping and disposal fees
Reduce purchases of replacement filling material
Reduce transport of imported material back to site
The commercial opportunity: turn suitable concrete and brick rubble from a disposal cost into a useful project resource. Final suitability depends on contamination, grading, the intended application and any engineer or laboratory requirements.

What we do

Demolition from breaking to a clean, workable site

ENI can combine demolition plant, hydraulic pecker work, rubble loading, haulage and processing so the demolition scope does not stop when the structure comes down.

Break · Process · Reuse

Turn suitable demolition rubble into useful material.

Where the source material and project specification allow it, concrete and brick rubble can be crushed and screened for reuse as selected or recycled filling material. Depending on grading, contamination and engineering requirements, processed rubble may be suitable for G5/G6-type applications, platforms, backfilling and general earthworks.

One site cycle: demolish → break oversized concrete → load → crush/screen → stockpile → reuse suitable processed material. If a specified material class is required, the project specification and any required testing remain the controlling standard.

Proven experience

Demolition is part of ENI's historical project capability.

ENI's archived company profile lists site cleaning and demolition as a service and records an RM80 Rubble Master and crusher/screen capability. Historical project records also document concrete demolition and the removal of a demolished church building estimated at approximately 1,200 m³.

Common questions

Before we price demolition

What information do you need for a demolition quote?

Send the site location, photos, structure type, approximate dimensions, access constraints, what must remain, what must be removed, and whether the rubble must be hauled away or processed on site.

Can ENI break reinforced concrete?

ENI has excavator and hydraulic-pecker capability for mechanical concrete breaking. The final plant and method depend on the structure, reinforcement, access, safety requirements and surrounding assets.

Can demolition rubble be reused as filling?

Often, suitable clean concrete and masonry can be crushed and screened for reuse. The intended application, grading, contamination and engineer or project specification determine whether the processed material is suitable and what classification or testing is required.

Can ENI handle the work after demolition?

Yes. ENI can integrate rubble processing, loading, tippers, fill, bulk earthworks, platforms, site preparation and related plant into one scope.

Need demolition or concrete breaking?

Send the site location, photos and scope. We’ll work out the practical next step.
